
Kelly started his career nearly 40 years ago as a commercial loan officer in the banking system, financing business start-ups, operations, and ongoing cash needs. He left banking to become a partner in an investment banking and business consulting firm.
He has owned over 15 privately held companies and is the founder of a distribution company that was acquired by Cintas, a Fortune 500 company. With over 20 years of experience as an M&A advisor on transactions ranging from $250K to $75MM, Kelly brings a deep knowledge base to every engagement.
He is the author of several books including the Complete Guide to Selling Your Business, and holds a BA in International Relations with an emphasis on International Business. He is married and the father of 5 children and 14 grandchildren.
