Questions

Honest answers, up front.

Do I need prior brokerage or M&A experience?+

No. Many of our most successful advisors come from business ownership, sales, finance, banking, or executive leadership. We provide structured training and mentorship.

Is this a salaried role or commission-based?+

Broker affiliates earn commission on closed engagements. Earnings are uncapped and tied directly to the outcomes you produce for clients.

Do I need a license?+

Licensing requirements vary by state and transaction type. We'll walk you through what applies to your situation during the discovery process.

Can I work remotely or do I need to be in a Bristol office?+

Most affiliates operate from their own market. The Bristol platform, systems, and back-office support are remote-friendly.

What's the time commitment to ramp?+

Plan on a serious, full-effort first 12 months. M&A deal cycles run 6–12+ months, so building a pipeline takes intention.
